💳 How and when are clinicians paid?

Hourly rate

Each position has an hourly rate, shown in the project terms you accept before you start. You are paid for the hours you log on your task.

Monthly invoice

At the start of each month Medcase prepares your invoice from the previous month's hours (and any referral bonus). You do not need to write it yourself. You can follow it in the portal: Draft, Approved, Paid.

Payment

Payments go through Tipalti, an international payment platform. When you join, you receive an invitation to enter your bank details and tax information once. Invoices are paid within the payment terms of your agreement.

Referrals

Refer a colleague from your portal: once they are hired and complete their work, a referral bonus is added to your next invoice.
