    What is verified

    Before a client reviews your profile, Medcase verifies your identity, licenses and credentials. Background checks are run through CERTN, an independent screening provider.

    The process

    1. Your recruiter orders the check. You receive an email from CERTN with a secure link.
    2. Complete the CERTN form (identity documents, consent). It takes about 10 minutes.
    3. The result is returned to Medcase automatically; your recruiter confirms the verification.

    Validity and renewal

    A verification is valid for one or two years depending on your country. Thirty days before it expires, Medcase contacts you to renew it.
