Project summary

We are seeking a senior, actively practicing U.S. Radiologist with Thoracic or Body Imaging subspecialty expertise to participate in a paid, remote clinical imaging review project focused on interstitial pulmonary edema (IPE) in adult patients.

This project offers an opportunity to apply your clinical expertise to the structured review of chest and abdominal CT studies, providing specialist-level assessments across cases from a variety of clinical settings, including the Emergency Department, inpatient, and outpatient environments.

Project details

Format: Remote clinical imaging review.
Case Volume: Approximately 200–400 cases; the final number of scans is still being finalized.
Average Review Time: Approximately 2–4 minutes per case.
Expected Start Date: Approximately October 5–8, 2026.
Project Duration: 2 weeks from study initiation.
Patient Population: Adults 18 years and older.
Imaging: Chest and abdominal CT studies from ED, inpatient, and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

Independently review assigned chest and abdominal CT scans involving adult patients.
Determine whether each scan is positive or negative for interstitial pulmonary edema (IPE).
Provide a confidence ranking for each clinical determination.
Add clinical notes when your confidence level is relatively low.
Complete assigned cases within the established project timeline.
No annotations are required as part of the review process.

Requirements

U.S.-based senior Radiologist who is currently and actively practicing.
At least 5 years of post-ABR experience.
Thoracic Radiology or Body Imaging subspecialty expertise.
Currently reads chest and abdominal CTs on a daily basis across ED, inpatient, and outpatient settings.
Experience interpreting adult CT studies involving interstitial pulmonary edema (IPE).
