Project summary

We are seeking senior, actively practicing U.S. Board-Certified Neuroradiologists with more than 5 years of post-residency experience to participate in a paid, fully remote initiative supporting the training of a medical AI model.

Selected clinicians will review de-identified adult CT cases. This is not clinical work and does not involve direct patient care or diagnostic responsibility.

The initiative is focused on two neurological pathologies:

Cervical Spine Fractures (C-Spine FX)
Brain Aneurysm

This is an initiative covering two separate studies, each focused on one of the pathologies listed above. Each selected clinician will be randomly assigned to one study.

Working independently, clinicians will review assigned, de-identified adult CT cases, determine whether the specific pathology being evaluated is present, provide a confidence ranking for each determination, and add clinical notes when confidence in a decision is relatively low.

The studies are expected to begin around September 23 and September 27, depending on the assigned study.

Project details

Project Type: Medical AI training initiative involving de-identified adult CT case review.
Pathologies: Cervical Spine Fractures (C-Spine FX) and Brain Aneurysm.
Study Assignment: Each selected clinician will be randomly assigned to either the C-Spine FX or Brain Aneurysm study.
Format: 100% remote.
Case Volume: Approximately 200–400 cases per study.
Estimated Time per Case: Approximately 2–4 minutes on average.
Study Duration: Approximately 2 weeks from study invitation.
Expected Start: Studies are expected to begin around September 23 and September 27.
Data: All cases are fully de-identified prior to review.
Clinical Responsibility: This is not clinical work and does not involve direct patient care or diagnostic responsibility.

Responsibilities

Independently review 100% of the assigned, de-identified adult CT cases for the selected study.
Determine whether each case contains the specific pathology being evaluated.
Provide a confidence ranking for each clinical determination.
Add clinical notes when confidence in a decision is relatively low.
Apply your neuroradiology expertise consistently across all assigned cases.
Complete all assigned case reviews within the established 2-week project timeline.

Requirements

Required: U.S. Board Certification in Neuroradiology.
5+ years of post-residency experience in Neuroradiology.
Currently and actively practicing as a Neuroradiologist.
Must read Head CTs and Neck CTs on a daily basis across multiple clinical settings, including Emergency Department (ED), inpatient, and outpatient cases.
Strong experience interpreting adult CT cases.
Relevant clinical experience with CT Cervical Spine Fractures and/or CT Brain Aneurysm.
Ability to independently review assigned cases and provide consistent clinical determinations.
Ability to complete the assigned workload within the established 2-week project timeline.
