Project summary

We are seeking senior, actively practicing U.S. Radiologists with a Vascular and/or Thoracic Radiology subspecialty to participate in a paid, remote clinical imaging review project focused on pulmonary embolism (PE) in adult patients.

This project offers radiologists the opportunity to apply their expertise in chest imaging and pulmonary embolism detection by independently reviewing Chest CTPA studies and providing structured clinical determinations across Emergency Department, inpatient, and outpatient settings.

Project details

Format: Remote clinical imaging review.
Case Volume: Approximately 200–400 cases; the final number of scans is still being finalized.
Average Review Time: Approximately 2–4 minutes per case.
Patient Population: Adults 18 years and older.
Imaging Modality: Chest CTPA.
Clinical Settings: Cases from Emergency Department, inpatient, and outpatient settings.
Expected Start Date: Approximately September 28 – October 8, 2026.
Project Duration: Approximately 2 weeks from study initiation.

Responsibilities

Independently review assigned adult Chest CTPA studies.
Determine whether each scan is positive or negative for pulmonary embolism (PE).
Provide a confidence ranking for each clinical determination.
Add clinical notes when your confidence level is relatively low.
Complete assigned cases within the established project timeline.
No annotations are required as part of the review process.

Requirements

U.S.-based senior Radiologist who is currently and actively practicing.
At least 5 years of post-ABR experience.
Vascular Radiology and/or Thoracic Radiology subspecialty.
Currently reads Chest CTPAs on a daily basis across Emergency Department, inpatient, and outpatient settings.
Experience interpreting adult CTPA studies involving pulmonary embolism (PE).
